Here is a great smoothie filled with beneficial antioxidants and perfect for the hot summer months to cool you down.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups dairy-free milk or coconut water
½ cup blueberries
½ avocado
1 teaspoon spirulina or wheatgrass powder (optional)
2 tablespoons raw cacao
1 cup mixed greens
1 handful parsley
Dash of ginger powder
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the above ingredients into your blender and blend away 🙂
