INGREDIENTS
1 Banana, peeled and cut into chunks
2 Nectarines, peeled
2 Slices of Pineapple
1 cup of water or milk
Handful of Spinach
1 Tbsp of protein power (recommended: Vanilla Rice Protein)
Water and ice as needed.
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
