This is a simple yet delicious smoothie. It is by far one of my favorite smoothie recipes.
Simple Green Smoothies
- • 1 small or half a medium banana, sliced and frozen
- • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- • 1/2 cup low fat, plain Greek yogurt
- • Splash of skim milk ( you can also use coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk)
- • 3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- • 1 to 1 ½ cups baby spinach
- • Ice
- Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
